Real Estate Training Requirements

Dynamic Direct Training courses are open to both industry professionals
and interested private parties. Whether you are a real estate professional,
building contractor, involved with insurance, a real estate appraiser, or a
property owner searching for tools to effectively prepare yourself and your
property for sale, Dynamic Direct Training is an excellent resource.

Real estate professionals are licensed on a two-year cycle and are required
by the state of Minnesota to complete fifteen hours of approved continuing
education each year. Dynamic Direct Training courses are recognized and
accredited by the commerce department, state of Minnesota.
