Frequently Asked Questions

When should I arrive for class?
Registration begins at 8 A.M., class begins at 8:30 A.M. By pre-registering in advance, your registration will proceed quickly. You will receive your training materials during this time.

What should I bring?
Dynamic Direct Training will provide your training materials, morning refreshments, and lunch. You may wish to bring additional writing tools other than what is provided, as well as note paper. If you have dietary needs, you are welcome to supplement the provided lunch and or snack. For your own personal comfort, we encourage you to dress in layers for the sake of climate control.

Can I check messages during class?
At Dynamic Direct Training, we understand that your clientele must come first. You are welcome to check messages, make phones calls, email, or make other communications during lunch and hourly breaks. We do ask that you silence pagers, and mobile phones during class as a courtesy to others.

If I am unable to attend a course I registered for, will I be refunded?
At Dynamic Direct Training, we understand that conflicts arise. If you are not able to participate in a class you have registered and paid for, we will honor your registration at another date and location.
Cancellation Policy:  Dynamic Direct Training, Inc. will give a full refund for pre-paid registration within 3 days of the course.  If no notice is given, we will allow a student to attend the course on another day at another location with no penalty.

Can I attend only partial courses?
Dynamic Direct Training courses are set up in such a manner as to provide you with the greatest amount of beneficial material in the most convenient amount of time possible. You receive the greatest rewards when a course is attended as it was designed. However, we understand that schedules are rarely flexible and you are welcome to participate in a single-day session, or even partial-day courses at the cost of a single day session—$85.

How do I pay for Dynamic Direct Training Seminars?
Dynamic Direct Training encourages pre-registration online where VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Credit cards are accepted online only and will not be accepted at the door. Cash or checks, made out to Dynamic Direct Training, are accepted at the door or pre-registration via US Post.
